Cultural heritage institutions address an increasingly interconnected, globalized and pluralistic society, and face rapidly changing expectations regarding digitization, sustainability, inclusion and diversity.
This affects the institutions self conception, their relation to and perspective on their collections, visitors, communities and other stakeholders, as well as their overall organizational setup, ranging from communication and audience development to accessibility and data management.
We help cultural heritage institutions to strengthen their societal impact.
We conduct and offer applied research, inquiring the changing conditions that cultural heritage institutions are facing, and defining the new requirements that come along with the green and digital transformation.
We develop and implement research-driven change for central fields such as vision development, digital strategy, brand positioning, open access, and digital sustainability.
We have a strong academic and practical background working in and with galleries, libraries, archives, and museums.
